Questions:

Q. I would like to know Willie Carter's stance on the federal death penalty.
A. The death penalty is necessary to deter those considering murder, especially when it can be proven by two qualified witnesses that the murder was premeditated, I believe that with the proof of evidence, witnessed by at least two qualified witnesses, the person or persons found guilty should be executed, a payment for the life or lives of those murdered by the person or persons committing the murder.

Q. I would like to know what Willie Carter's stance would be on military action in Iraq and Syria.
A.
An old tactic of war: being drawn away from home entering a conflict without proper regard for one's personal defense. Resources to engage in a conflict always draw from resources necessary to defend one's property. How much can the American people afford to invest in the IRAQ and SYRIA conflict with lives and expensive military equipment which must be replaced to continue our nation's defense? Certainly, we are an integral part of the World community: But we must maintain our military structure at home first. I believe that the responsibility for World peace lies in cooperation in the World community, not going it alone. That requires time and international involvement on the part of all nations concerned about the ruthless destroying of innocent lives as we see in IRAQ and SYRIA. There has to be put in place a comprehensive plan to uncover those responsible, and to bring them to trial, and I believe that is only possible with proper intelligence, military intervention both Air and ground power. I believe that my first priority as President is the security of this nation, the United States of America, we must be wise as a nation, seeing that Russia and China have been building their force capability, we must be prepared for any contingency. I read an article on our nuclear preparedness, and I saw room for updating our system which requires a large part of our national expenditures. With the large number of people in our nation out of work or working for low wages, many business closures, affordability of Healthcare, affordable living conditions, and the list continues. All of these things must be taken into consideration, and as President, which I hope to be, I must perform well to make for a happy and safe nation for all of the People.
